We send all new members an email confirming receipt of their submission and verifying their listing’s acceptance or rejection. Established members may occasionally receive information on products, services, and statistical performance of their listing or advertisement campaign. On rare occasions, it is necessary to send out a strictly service-related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an email. Generally, users may not opt out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.
We may communicate with users, when required, to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email, fax, phone or mail, and we reply to user inquiries via email or phone, or other reasonable means, in accordance with the user’s wishes where applicable.
